Use of the App

RideMetrics is provided for ride recording, route review, and personal telemetry analysis. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Safety

You are responsible for your riding decisions. The app may show estimated telemetry and route information, but it is not a safety device, navigation guarantee, or emergency service.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If RideMetrics offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store systems and are subject to Apple's payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

Data and Availability

RideMetrics may store ride and route information on your device. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. You are responsible for keeping any ride information that is important to you.

No Warranty

RideMetrics is provided as available, without guarantees that telemetry, timing, route matching, or other results will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the RideMetrics developer is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, missed data, or decisions made while using or relying on the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
